From outreach in Germany to growth on our Machakos campus — the projects carrying the vision forward.
CMC builds its mission as a five-sided “pentagon” house — five project panels held together like bricks under one roof. The roof is shelter; the fishers of men bring souls to safety here, and in time send them out as disciple-makers.
In Scripture the number five speaks of God's grace and the Pentateuch — the five books of Moses. We named each panel after a member of Kenya's Big Five, celebrating our heritage: their nature mirrors the calling of each project.
“Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.” — Luke 14:23
Each panel is a brick; the strategic themes — Mission, Partnership, Research, Training, Growth and Creativity — are the mortar that bind them into one house of mission.
Everything we build falls into one of two categories — what we put up, and what we move forward.
Physical infrastructure that carries the mission — above all the actual Machakos Centre (“the Ark”): hostel blocks, conference spaces, the library, solar & water.
Partnerships and major mission campaigns that carry the vision forward — such as the upcoming August project.
Brought in “a timber here, a nail there, a bag of cement there” — over years of wilderness preparation, the Ark has become a modest facility that trains, hosts and sends.
More room to house trainees, guests and teams on campus.
Solar power expansion and water catchment for a resilient centre.
A growing resource for study, research and formation.
“Come over and help us.” Mission is cooperation — no single boat fills His house. Here are some of the friends walking with us.

Working hand in hand with DMG, Allianzmission and Lafim-Diakonie to receive and place our sent ones.

Agreements with institutions like Africa International University and the Evangelical Alliance of Kenya.
Your giving and partnership move these projects forward.
